Exams officially over. Managed to pass with mid-way off the ground semi-flying colours, and without dropping out 8 weeks into it (well who would when each subject is $2000?....)

I miss the Chengpin Shu Dian in that shopping centre whose name I forgot in Taichung. I guess Taichung is a big city - it just doesn't have the 'CBD' feel to it. I miss going there on my scooter, finding a park, going to Starbucks, browsing at clothes with disdainful prices, and spending hours in Eslite Bookshop (the English name.)

Not going to Korea and deciding that I probably won't get that China scholarship either, has inspired me to go back to Taiwan next year. Bring-it-on. Maybe I can move to Beijing in time for the Olympics. That would be supercool. One of my aims was to be fluent and work at the olympics - I think being there would be good enough!  ¶ 16:22
