I went to the pool to do my 100m today for the police. It was scary man... there was water everywhere! I panicked, and tried not to drown. I made it, finally. It was embarrassing. I informed the lifeguard watching me that I was no swimmer. He was cool about it.

I told George about getting into Feds and he reminded me about the moment while watching Kiss of the Dragon when I declared that I was going to be a Federal Cop. But alas, it's not like it is in the movies, I'm told.

Oh, I did some online OH&S training for Kuba, and the certificates that I printed out got mixed up with my feds security clearance, which I sent in last week. Fuck! Well, I can't find them anywhere, so I'm assuming the worst.

I was at Kuba's Slash Rose's the other night and I asked Kuba to slowdance with me and he said No. I got over it. I also chided him for not replying to my sms, and he said impatiently, 'well if you think it's rude, then I'm sorry.' He then went on to explain how busy he is, which I know etc, but dude.

Last night Karina and I went to Coogee to celebrate the job. We had champagne and everything. We aswell as my flatmates had Indian for dinner, and I have been pecking at the leftovers all day. I love Indian food. Mmmm.

I took myself off rsvp. It's pointless/fruitless/futile/you get my drift. Like after you quit smoking, you wonder why you ever did it.

I'm over my short hair.

I cleaned my room today. I even vacuumed. I wasn't very thorough. It was just to vacuum up the washing powder I spilt about two months ago hehehe.

Living at the college is going to be fucking awesome - the rooms are serviced and they all have ensuites. Dude. I mean, dude. And I am going to be pretty buff by the end of it. I'm quite looking forward to living in a new place for a while. Somewhere to explore. I'm going to take my bike as I hear there are lots of tracks. And the plan is to spend all my cash on really fucking nice clothes. Like, really nice clothes. I am going to look sooooooooooooo fucking good, noone will recognise me when I get back. My friend Olya reckons Aussie's dress like dags compared to in Europe or particularly in the Ukraine. She's right - why look fucking awesome just for special occassions? I'm going to spend the weekends shopping. But I also want to save for a deposit on a house. And for the Trans-Siberian to do as soon as I can. So, I am going to start two savings funds. One for a house, and one for travel. Lizwa Stonemason - Doing It All. I've decided I want to live on the lower north shore. But only after I've finished my masters, of course. My first paycheck is going on a record-breaking shopping spree. A shopping spree to beat all past measely excuses for shopping sprees. Oh my god. I'm hyperventilating.
In other news, I'm currently doing reception for the Public Trustee office in BJ. Nice and easy, am allowed to spend free time reading/scratching arse/drinking hot chocolates. I've finished the container of hot chocolate powder though. Maybe I should bring my own in. I get the mail, which requires me to walk past poshy clothes shops in the Westfield and I scheme for the day that first pay cheque arrives. I also take the mail in the afternoon, which every day gives me the opportunity to revise each scheme with the chance of a second suss-out. The other day I got sent on an errand into the city. Apart from the fact that I was confronted by a homeless woman who had shat her pants sitting down opposite me on the train, I gave Karina a buzz and we had a fag in her building's garden. Such is the life. Sometimes I get little baby admin jobs to do, which take about 15 minutes each. Ahhhh.
Ok that is definitely enough for now.
Tschussle.
